Must-have
2+ years hardware/software systems engineering
Model-based systems engineering (MBSE) experience
Proficiency in Python for data analysis and modeling
Experience with JAMA, Cameo, Matlab, Simulink, or AFSIM
Strong background in statistics, AI/ML, and requirements management
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with Linux OS and real-time safety-critical processes
Understanding of C/C++ or Rust coding concepts
Prior involvement in field exercises and test events
Experience with robotics, radar, optics, or computer vision
