Job Summary
The Instructional Designer role focuses on translating business and educational needs into engaging, effective, and high-quality learning solutions aligned with the company’s strategy and quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include: Designing end‑to‑end learning journeys (blended learning, classroom training, digital learning, social learning, and learning on the job) based on learning principles and instructional design methodologies (e.g. ADDIE).

Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of professional experience
Experience in a corporate environment
Very good knowledge of instructional design principles
Proven experience in designing classroom training
Very good knowledge of tools (especially Articulate) and LMS/LXP platforms
Experience in managing training projects
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
