Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Media, Advertising, or related creative discipline
  • 10+ years of hands-on creative experience
  • Prior managerial or team leadership experience preferred
  • Expertise creating social-first content across major and emerging platforms
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and modern content-creation tools
  • Proven success developing short-form video and motion-driven creative
  • Exceptional conceptual thinking and visual direction
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of brand governance
