Must-have
Extensive experience in track installation
Design and construction of ballasted track
Experience with Switches and Crossings
Knowledge of track design procedures and standards
Proficiency in 3D design and BIM delivery
Strong commercial understanding of contracts
Nice-to-have
Experience in resilient slab track design
Positive collaborative team approach
Desire to drive digital construction improvements
Ability to manage junior team members
Key Requirements
Degree qualification in civil or mechanical engineering
Preferably Chartered Engineer status
Experience managing interfaces between track systems and other railways
