Job Summary
The Senior Facilities Engineer will oversee and conduct preventative maintenance, monitor the operations of the building including but not limited to; adjustments to the HVAC, electrical, BMS, FLS and water purification systems.
Essential duties are completed within various conditions including inside and outside, climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled conditions, with exposure to hazards.
This position is onsite and operates on a rotating 4x10 schedule, with flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays essential for 24/7/365 support.

Key Requirements
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
Technical or trade school program completion
5+ years of facility maintenance experience
Valid driver's license
