Job Summary

• Oversee all aspects of facility operations and environmental services within our skilled nursing facility, ensuring a safe, compliant, and well-maintained environment.
• Develop, implement, and maintain life safety programs, including emergency preparedness plans, fire safety systems, and disaster readiness, while ensuring ongoing compliance with CDPH regulations.
• Supervise, train, and manage the housekeeping team, coordinate with external vendors, and conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety risks.
