Provide senior design advice and technical input across pipeline development, feasibility, concept development, detailed design and delivery phases to support high design-quality, sustainable, cost-effective housing outcomes that meet tenant needs.

Clerk Grade 9/10, $129,464- $142,665 per annum + superannuation

Key Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in Architecture
Eligibility for registration with the NSW Architects Registration Board or equivalent
Demonstrated experience contributing to the delivery of high-quality architectural or urban design outcomes across multiple project stages
Experience working within multidisciplinary project teams
Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply planning controls, design standards, policies and relevant regulatory frameworks
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities
