Must-have

  • 10 years of Maintenance experience
  • 7 years minimum Supervisor or Managerial roles
  • SME of site CMMS
  • TPM and Preventative Maintenance strategy
  • Root Cause Analysis processes

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in pharmaceutical or OTC industry
  • Good written and communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Vendor and consultant management
  • SAP CMMS knowledge

Key Requirements

  • BS in Engineering degree required
  • 10 years of Maintenance experience
  • 7 years minimum in Supervisory or Managerial roles
  • Preferred 5 years in pharmaceutical or OTC industry
