The primary purpose of Customer Compliance Services is to provide fair and impartial administrative hearings and records integrity on behalf of the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles in accordance with Chapter 20 of the North Carolina General Statutes and all applicable policies and procedures.
This position requires reviewing court documents, DMV records, and other legal materials, making immediate decisions on suspensions, revocations, and limited driving privileges, and serving as a liaison between DMV and the Administrative Office of the Courts.
