Job Summary
Support clients in optimizing their HR strategy, services, and organizational structures, translating business strategies into sustainable solutions.
Contribute to the design of modern HR organizations, employee-centric processes, HR systems, and talent/performance management concepts.
Gain comprehensive knowledge and skills over 3 to 6 months to prepare for a consulting career, with the possibility of a working student role afterwards.
