Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum three years property management experience
Minimum three years LIHTC experience
Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) preferred
Certified Credit Compliance Professional (C3P) preferred
Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) or Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO) preferred
