Job Summary

  • The Clinical Quality Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance and performance improvement programs to ensure the highest standards of patient care and regulatory compliance.
  • This role collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to drive continuous improvement in patient safety and clinical quality performance across assigned treatment modalities.
  • The position requires travel between assigned facilities and various locations within the community approximately 60%-80%, with additional travel to regional, division, and corporate meetings.

Key Requirements

  • Registered Nurse required
  • 3+ years dialysis experience
