Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, and safety violations to the Nurse Supervisor or Charge Nurse immediately.
The role requires maintaining orderly and clean resident rooms, common areas, and equipment while ensuring strict adherence to safety and hygiene policies.

Must-have
Report accidents and incidents to charge nurse
Maintain clean resident rooms and common areas
Transport residents to meals and activities
Follow bloodborne pathogens exposure policies
Identify residents using wristbands or photo cards
Monitor room temperature and ventilation conditions
Ensure call bells are within resident reach

Create atmosphere of warmth and positive emphasis
Treat residents with dignity and respect
Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel
Assist with secretarial tasks at nursing station
Participate in scheduled training programs
Key Requirements
Minimum 8th grade education required
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products required
Ability to read and interpret technical procedures
