Job Summary

• Assists residents with loading and unloading from facility approved vehicles, ensuring safe transportation to scheduled medical appointments or other approved activities.
• Maintains the interior and exterior of facility vehicles to promote safe and comfortable transport for residents and project a positive image in the community.
• Must be able to lift, transfer, and mobilize patient weights of up to 70 pounds by self in confined areas inside a van and make complex decisions involving a highly dependent patient base.
