Job Summary
The purpose of this position is to translate deployed strategy, business objectives, requirements from customers, stakeholders as well as standards and regulatory requirements into technical inputs to establish value stream capable of fulfilling needs of customer and stake holder expectations.
Plan, implement & continually develop a manufacturing value addition flow with resources e.g. space, MAE, testing, handling, etc., capable of consistently manufacturing, measuring, monitoring, validating and delivering products that meets all engineering, regulatory & requirements of the customer.
Compile, organise and represent manufacturing performance data and insights to lead systematic understanding of influences and aspects in Value stream as well as support different levels of hierarchy in taking well-informed and strategic calls to support value stream goals.

Key Requirements
