Job Summary

  • The Industrial Engineer will aid in the implementation the HAPS (Haleon Performance System) principles/tools at the site to deliver the Business Strategy, improve Business Performance (Safety, Quality, Service, & Cost), by using a data-driven approach.
  • This role will also play a key role in Project Management and execution of Productivity initiatives that align with the Site goals.
  • The candidate must have experience in Operational Excellence Systems execution, such as VSM and/or experience in problem-solving techniques (Root Cause Analysis).
