Job Summary

  • Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of executive events, hospitality programs, trade shows, and Workday conferences across North America.
  • Design and deliver C-suite–caliber experiences (executive dinners, roundtables, private briefings, customer councils) that drive senior-level engagement and pipeline impact.
  • Partner closely with regional sales leadership, product marketing, and corporate events teams, while navigating the complexity of a global brand with local nuance.

Salary

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $127,200 USD - $190,800 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $107,400 USD - $190,800 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
