Job Summary
This role supports the organisation to achieve strategic objectives by ensuring successful assessment and implementation of change initiatives embedded within the organisation.
You will act as a key HR Transformation Manager supporting the build-out of a new fintech-style organisation within the Barclays ecosystem, working closely with HR and business leaders to optimise processes and accelerate decision-making.
Barclays’ payments acceptance business is undergoing a significant transformation with a long-term partnership with Brookfield Asset Management, aiming for continuous innovation and long-term growth.
