Base: $91,800 - $137,600 (Level 2) or $114,000 - $171,000 (Level 3); Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus and annual bonuses available; Benefits: Health insurance, life/disability insurance, savings plan, PTO

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Active DoD Secret clearance required
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline
  • RF datalink and SATCOM system design
  • TCP/IP and WAN architecture knowledge
  • Antenna theory and operation expertise

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Starlink and Iridium systems
  • Familiarity with airborne platform radio integration
  • Knowledge of ARCs and network products
  • Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance
  • Strong understanding of system engineering requirements

Key Requirements

  • 2-5 years related engineering experience depending on level
  • PhD in STEM with 1 year experience for Principal level
  • U.S. Citizenship required for government clearance
  • Ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP)
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
