Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of protected health information immediately to supervisors.
This role requires assisting residents with personal care functions including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while maintaining a calm environment.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Perform lifting and moving of residents up to 25 pounds
Record entries on notes and incident reports

Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel
Participate in nursing report meetings
Key Requirements
High school education or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
Training in specific care tasks performed
Ability to read and interpret technical procedures
