This role leads a team of senior technology and AI leaders and orchestrates shared/platform teams to deliver measurable improvements in customer engagement, go-to-market effectiveness, patient services and contact center experience.
The role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards, with a base salary range of $262,400 - $393,600, and includes comprehensive benefits.
