Job Summary

  • Manage the end-to-end administration of global equity programs, including processing grants, releases, and ESPP purchases.
  • Support public company compliance by providing SEC filings, Rule 144, and guidance on trading plans and insider trading policies.
  • Prepare key financial reports for the annual Proxy statement, ensure audit and SOX compliance, and serve as a liaison with external partners.
