Must-have
7+ years software industry experience
6+ years building scalable GenAI platforms
Expertise in Python FastAPI Flask Pandas
Proficiency in Node.js Express NestJS TypeScript
Experience with cloud architectures and microservices
Strong background in AIOps and model evaluation
Nice-to-have
Experience in the financial industry
Master's degree preferred
Leadership coaching skills for mid-level developers

Key Requirements
