Job Summary
Coordinates and executes operational support for all customer order-related processes, serving as the first point of contact for transaction inquiries.
Responsible for creating and expediting sales orders, coordinating the Master Demand Plan, and participating in Sales/Operations meetings to reconcile inventory forecasts with manufacturing capacity.
Provides timely reports on forecasts, shipping plans, sales, OTD, safety stock levels, and product history to support various departments and ensures appropriate communication channels are maintained for customer activity.

Key Requirements

2-5 years of experience in customer service and/or manufacturing

Advanced English level
Ability to read and interpret contracts and specification sheets
