  • BE/BTech degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
  • ServiceNow CSA Certification
  • ITIL Foundation V3 or v4 certification
  • ServiceNow CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM, CIS-SPM Certifications
