Base: $225,000 - $250,000 USD annually; Bonus/Equity: Discretionary annual incentive plan eligible for non-sales roles; Benefits: Health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, parental leave

Must-have
15 years telecommunications leadership experience
ITIL processes and change management expertise
Fiber optic construction and OSP standards knowledge
Disaster recovery playbook development and execution
Network assurance and service level agreement management
Nice-to-have
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Master's degree in engineering preferred
Strong financial acumen and budget management
Experience with automation and process optimization

Key Requirements
