Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in clinical laboratory or related life science
• Current ASCP or AMT certification (MLS, MT, or MLT)
• At least 3 years recent clinical or medical laboratory experience
• Preferred master’s degree in clinical/medical laboratory science or related field
• Preferred ASCP MLS certification
• Preferred 2+ years teaching or training supervision experience
