Job Summary

• You will lead the day-to-day delivery of CRM activity across the UK & ROI, ensuring centrally defined CRM approaches are translated into effective, practical execution that works for the local market.
• A key part of the role is hands-on management of Salesforce Marketing Cloud at territory level, working closely with our CRM agency and central teams to ensure data is correctly integrated, campaigns are delivered smoothly and tools are used effectively.
• Comprehensive benefits package: Starting salary £50,456 + up to 14% bonus, 25 days holiday a year, in addition to bank holidays, with the number of holiday days increasing after two years of service.
