The Senior Director, Business Performance & Education will lead and oversee all business operations & monitoring performance needs for USMA.
This role delivers executive insights on trends, risks, and opportunities, and partners closely with transformation, digital, and IT teams to enable automation and measurable performance improvements.
Ensure ethical, compliant, and disciplined execution across teams and partnerships by modeling scientific integrity, adhering to company policies and external standards (e.g., FDA, OIG, PhRMA), and applying structured project management, metrics, and reporting.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Communications, Business, or related field
Ten or more years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry
Five or more years of experience in leadership roles
Two or more years of experience in US pharmaceutical business affairs
MS or PhD degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Communications, Business, or related field
15 or more years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
