Job Summary
The position of Payroll / HR Specialist is responsible for payroll processing for multiple TPC locations, including Dominican Republic and Costa Rica, and supporting employees in both locations.
The day-to-day work of this role will support all stages of the employee lifecycle while coordinating new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvement in efficiency of HR and payroll practices, benefits and compensation administration.
This role is the main point of contact between the local payroll service providers for each location.
