Job Summary

  • This role offers the opportunity to lead cross-functional teams through the complete New Product Introduction lifecycle to successful on-time launches.
  • Candidates will serve as mentors and coaches to new team members while providing training on project leadership tools and methodologies.
  • The position requires living near Austin, TX or Maplewood, MN with a mandatory 4-day on-site work schedule.
