Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar team management position
Experience of Lean Six Sigma
Project management experience
Fluent in English
Computer skills
Good communication and team spirits with leadership skills
Good analytical skills, with meticulous attention to details
