Job Summary

• The Director, Global Sourcing & Center of Excellence will lead a talented team in strategic sourcing working closely with cross-functional teams, senior management, and key stakeholders to deliver value and support the organization's strategic goals.
• Develop and execute global category strategies and plans that optimize a supply base that delivers against our overall requirements at best value pricing.
• Create a Center of Excellence to enable the Global Sourcing team to achieve key best-in-class results though developing and implementing best practice standards in Global Sourcing processes, systems/tools, data, analytics, and reporting.

Base: USD $166,300.00 - $291,000.00 per year; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives; Benefits: Healthcare, PTO, 401(k) with match, disability, life insurance, wellbeing benefits
