• The Vice President of Program Management at RayzeBio serves as a strategic leader and thought partner, responsible for shaping and guiding a high‑performing program management organization that spans the full drug development continuum from discovery research through clinical development, manufacturing, regulatory approval, commercial launch, and lifecycle management.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing project management organization across early and late drug development as a centralized capability.

• 15+ years of progressive program management experience
