The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in the leather RTW sector, along with strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Job Summary

  • Act as the technical right-hand for the Product department, ensuring industrialization, sustainability, and innovation of materials and products within the ecosystem of tanners, washers, transformers, and manufacturers.
  • Manage the sourcing and refinement of collection materials, including participating in material kick-offs, sourcing samples, managing core offer material stocks, and escalating delivery alerts.
  • Coordinate the development of materials and products, optimizing prices, ensuring industrialization for production, conducting risk analyses, and ensuring smooth handovers with quality and manufacturing departments.
