Job Summary
This role sits with the Global Emerging Markets (GEM) financing franchise focused on originating, structuring and risk managing private credit transactions for Corporates in the region.
You will be responsible for managing the credit underwriting and due diligence process for new financings, working on the structuring and documentation for new deals and collaborating in the syndication of transactions.
