The Sr. Equipment Engineer will solve critical equipment issues to improve tool uptime while managing the installation and qualification of new tool sets for 5-nanometer or beyond equipment.

Hitachi tool model experience
5nm technology or beyond knowledge
Semiconductor manufacturing principles

Key Requirements
Master's degree plus 1 year experience OR Bachelor's plus 3 years
Full facility installation of two TEL-VIGUS models
Full facility installation of two Hitachi tool models
One year experience in semiconductor manufacturing principles
One year experience with 5nm technology or beyond
Experience in ALD lithography CVD RTP dry etching or wet cleaning
