Base: $20.00 per hour / $40,300 annually; Bonus/Equity: Monthly sales incentives potential plus $1,500 sign-on bonus; Benefits: Comprehensive total rewards including 401K match and tuition assistance

Key Requirements
2 years sales or professional office experience
Must commute to Lakeland, Florida
Active P&C or personal lines insurance license for sign-on bonus
