Employees must be licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant and are responsible for monitoring vital signs, assisting with personal care, and reporting any changes in resident condition immediately.
The role requires maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information while ensuring a warm, calm, and positive environment for all residents.
