Key Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of progressive experience in Information Technology
  • 4+ years of experience in a lead, senior, or supervisory capacity
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of Ferguson’s business operations
  • Advanced knowledge of enterprise IT technologies
  • Strong proficiency with ServiceNow, Oracle, Visio, and Microsoft Office
  • Proven leadership capability
  • Strong project management knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to mentor associates
