Job Summary

  • Lead engagements with RSM client companies and serve as their primary point of contact for both management and staff.
  • Handle onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, COBRA, leaves of absence, employment status changes and other day-to-day recordkeeping and compliance related matters.
  • Develop new market relevant tools, methodologies, products and deliverables for the rapidly changing environment in Human Resources.
