Job Summary

  • This role bridges the gap between HR functional teams and Workday capabilities, driving optimization, innovation, and efficiency across our global HR systems landscape.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to People & Places COEs, helping them identify opportunities to improve their existing use of Workday to better support business objectives.
  • Lead and drive Workday R1 &R2 Release management for the People Data and Systems team and work closely with IT teams to evaluate overall impact of new features, enhancements and retired/deprecated features.
