Job Summary

  • You will manage the sales and operations execution (S&OE) process and are the cross-functional escalation point for S&OE decisions.
  • Prepare and chair the weekly S&OE meeting, organizing insights from demand and supply planning, highlighting changes and risks, and presenting potential scenarios to resolve the demand/supply imbalances to deliver customer needs.

Key Requirements

  • 8-10 years general supply chain planning experience
  • Solid experience in planning, inventory management, distribution planning
  • Advanced ERP systems (SAP ECC, Oracle) mastery
  • Experience in advanced planning systems (SAP APO, OMP, O9)
  • Knowledge of IBP and S&OP
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis tools
