Job Summary

  • Administer and maintain the Workday HRIS platform and related HR systems, leading advanced configuration across modules including Performance, Talent, Compensation, and Core HCM.
  • Design, configure, test, and maintain inbound and outbound integrations, troubleshoot integration failures, and monitor integration health.
  • Develop and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and calculated fields, conduct data audits, and ensure data integrity while supporting compliance and audit requests.
