Raytheon Australia is seeking a Benefit Integration System Production Support Analyst in Bengaluru, India, to provide tier 2 support for US employee benefit systems. Job Summary

  • This role will be responsible for supporting Benefit systems for US population (Health and Welfare, Savings Plan, Pension, and HSA).
  • Ensure the system stakeholders have the proper training and documentation for data entry, reporting, data flow, end to end processes, role and responsibilities, contact information, escalation path, etc. and communicate changes as needed to the stakeholders.
  • Partner with regional and RTX Corporate HRIS teams to ensure the Global HRIS teams communicate and collaborate successfully on all aspects of system support.
