Job Summary

  • The EHS & Compliance Lead is a site–facing leadership role responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) management systems, compliance programs, and operational risk controls across the manufacturing site.
  • The role also collaborates broadly across functions—Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, HR and external partners—to embed EHS into all site processes and ensure regulatory and corporate compliance.
  • This role is a key contributor to the site's talent pipeline, offering future growth into roles in EHS, Engineering or Operations within Haleon.
