  • The incumbent will be responsible for the case management of pre/post sale service transactions, supporting Operations to ensure a smooth, timely, and positive service experience for Financial representatives and clients.
  • Responsibilities include end-to-end case management from pre-sale (document gathering, underwriting clarity) to post-sale (policy changes, claims, inforce illustrations) with proactive status updates.
  • The role involves consistent and accurate tracking of requests, maintaining reports for outstanding issues, and participating in process improvement and training for internal stakeholders.
