Job Summary

  • The South America Market Leader is fully accountable for the end‑to‑end performance of the Castrol business across South America, with ownership of P&L, strategy, execution, people, HSSE, compliance and reputation.
  • The role is a core member of the Americas Performance Unit Leadership Team (PU LT) and represents Castrol in country and cluster leadership forums and with key external collaborators.
