Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field
5+ years of progressive experience in IRB administration
Expert knowledge of federal regulations (45 CFR 46, 21 CFR 50, 56)
Master's degree or higher (preferred)
Certified IRB Professional (CIP) or Certified IRB Manager (CIM) credential (preferred)
2+ years of experience in a lead role (preferred)
Experience with electronic IRB submission systems (preferred)
