Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in IRB administration
  • Expert knowledge of federal regulations (45 CFR 46, 21 CFR 50, 56)
  • Master's degree or higher (preferred)
  • Certified IRB Professional (CIP) or Certified IRB Manager (CIM) credential (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in a lead role (preferred)
  • Experience with electronic IRB submission systems (preferred)
