Job Summary

  • The CMT Staffing Coordinator will work 8-hour shifts (0700–1530) and can expect a wage of $21.00-25.00 per hour, plus full-time benefits, where applicable.
  • The primary purpose of your job position is to assist in the administering of medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of the attending physician, the nurse supervisor or charge nurse, and the Health Services Director.
  • The additional duties of Staffing Coordinator will be assigning the team members to the correct shifts, holding them accountable for their shift, and finding coverage should a shift need staffing due to call offs/planned PTO/etc.
